Founded by Deepa Kurup and Ray Khan, Innovity represents the realization of their vision to address the pressing needs of the healthcare industry.

Deepa Kurup, a registered nurse with extensive experience in the United States, has held positions at leading academic institutions such as VCU, Stanford, and UCSD. Her expertise in managing large nurse profiles and providing training for the CGNFS and NCLEX exams has made her an invaluable asset to the healthcare community.

Ray Khan brings a diverse background in multiple industries, including his previous role as COO for a cancer treatment center. It was during his tenure that he observed the shortage of qualified staffing personnel in the industry, which sparked the idea for Innovity.

Innovity Solutions was formed through discussions between Kurup and Khan about the challenges faced by the healthcare industry. The persistent shortage of healthcare professionals, the need for EMR support, and the demand for quality structure and analytics were some of the key issues that prompted the creation of Innovity Solutions.

At Innovity, we are leveraging our personal experiences and expertise to provide creative and innovative solutions to address the anticipated shortage of over 300,000 nurses in the United States by 2025.
